- Participants from Tamil Nadu State Government Autonomous, Government Non-Autonomous, Government-Aided, and Self-Financing (Autonomous and Non-Autonomous) engineering colleges affiliated with ANNA UNIVERSITY, as well as Deemed-to-be universities within Tamil Nadu, are eligible to participate.
- Additionally, students from science backgrounds, including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Energy, Polymer Science, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Food Technology, Electronic Science, Information Technology, Geology, Forensic Science, Biomedical Science, Physical Science, Operational Research, Statistics, Anthropology, Sericulture, and Nanotechnology, are also eligible to participate.

- A team must consist of at least one member and at most three members.
